The project is located on the tip of the Palm Jumeirah in a very strategic point overlooking Dubai marina towers. A high-end residential building with 90 units varying in size from 250 sqm to 2,000 sqm with a mix of 3,4,5,7 bedroom apartments. SOMA was the design architect.
