The project is located next to the Miracle Garden in Arjaan, the residential tower is composed of 482 units, studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, 520 cars, it also included retail on the Ground floor and amenities on the podium level. The design addresses the significant need of the user and consider the current trends in terms of lifestyle activities and technology as becoming an essential part of the community. Four focal points have been considered in the design, the vertical village typology, tower community life, efficiency layouts, and flexibility.
