The Fujairah Martial Arts Club proposed on a site of 19,411sqm accommodate indoor and outdoor play area, administration, swimming pool, amenities, parking spaces, and landscaping. The design criteria encompass sustainability, cost and design objective. Harmony between environmental, economical, societal and cultural considerations was a key component in the design.
