The South Oil Company ( SOC ) headquarters office building in Basrah, Iraq. The site is part of the present SOC administrative facility area. A corner location allocated to the proposed headquarters with a total area of 16,500 sqm. The project is a high-rise landmark building for Basrah of 30 floors and to reflect the position and function of SOC.
