Our History
AREX CONSULTANTS, founded in 2006 is a Dubai based architectural and engineering consultancy firm. AREX is a
multi-discipline practice with comprehensive services embracing Facility Programing, Master planning, Architecture, Civil, Landscape, Engineering, Project Management, and Interior design.
The firm has designed and supervised the construction of many projects including high rise residential towers, office buildings, mixed use commercial projects, government institutions, hospitals, hotels, schools, housing compound, sport facilities. The extensive knowledge, specialization, and the delivered projects make AREX a professional reliable firm.
The staff expertise and qualifications allow the practice to undertake the full spectrum of professional services in architecture, structure, MEP studies and design, QS and project management, and interior disciplines. The projects are a live witness to the successful accomplishments and distinguished designs and engineering.
AREX’s client base and collaborations has been spreading along the MENA, Europe and the United States. Projects collaboration with corporate clients as well as international consultants has been successfully been designed, coordinated, and delivered in the region.

Brings over 35 years of experience in architectural design and construction management. With his unique combination of strong organizational skills and creative problem solving; He is well known of meeting client’s expectations, schedules and budgets, while maintaining the highest standard quality in his projects. Mr. Adjina has a diverse experience on projects through out the Middle-East and Europe..
Wissam J. Salameh, Design Director
MSc. Real Estate Mgt & Dev. / B. Architecture
Wissam is the managing partner and leader for project design management in both pre and post contract services. With more than 20 years of professional experience, his insight into the design and construction process and his ability to integrate strategic management solutions with the design process provides unique opportunities for all projects. His organizational skills and creativity allows him to lead and manage teams for large-scale mixed use projects to single house premises. His works included commercial, residential, hospitality, and health care in the MENA region.
Hani Ajina, Supervision Director
BSc Engineering, PMP
As a senior project manager for almost 15 years, his expertise spans on multiple disciplines infra structure, civil, and MEP. He has delivered projects from luxury villas, high rise towers, to master planning. Hani supervises the Project Management department the leads the supervision of engineers and managers to deliver large- scale projects with strict time and budgeting constraints.
